Great Post I copied from SI
Remember DMEC last week............

H+I... All I can tell you is what I observe...

I am in contact with people at PR companies everyday
doing research and finding new stocks... Many people at
these PR companies are out of touch with the OTCBB
market. They think if they release good news, the stock
will automatically head up.

I am here with many others in the trenches every day. I
know what people are feeling. I know what I am feeling.

There is something terribly wrong with the OTCBB... I
see a number of things happening:

1. Good news seldom moves stocks in the right direction.
2. There are many quality companies that trade on the
OTCBB are undervalued and get more undervalued
everyday. I have a list of 40 some odd tickers of
companies that are reporting or getting ready to report
that have positive EPS figures and these stocks are not
moving and in many cases are heading quietly lower.
3. Stocks that do move up and sometimes rapidly up
move with no advanced notice or sometimes seemingly no
reason at all... Used to be not so long ago, I could find
these stocks that would go up... for a reason... Wayne,
Lance and a few others found these stocks on a daily
basis. There is NO WAY to predict how a stock is going
to move anymore. More often than not, stocks move
down regardless of developments and news. In a
nutshell: the market makes no sense anymore. It's like a
game with no rules.
4. Some of the "newsletters" can move stocks...
unfortunately, the stock is front-end loaded by the
"newsletter" writers and all their buddies. When the
buying comes in, they are out. Example: look at INNN
today. Look at trading on Friday and Tuesday... then look
at today. See the accumulation taking place during last
two trading sessions before today. Some poor soul
bought the stock at 1 3/8... they have an investment now
that may take months or years, if ever to create a
return.
5. MMs... MMs are a strongly contributing factor to the
state of this market. I am beginning to think that damn
near every stock on the OTCBB has a short position on
it. Look at L2 on any stock with news... the MMs will let it
run a little then will pile up on the offer and short the
stock at that point. By this time, there is no way you will
ever get enough buying in to bust the short position.
People get discouraged or scared and begin to sell, then
the MMs will pass the stock around on the bid to create
the impression of selling... this fosters real selling and
the stock tanks.

It is ironic that the SEC is making the OTCBB companies
report. They (THE SEC) are doing this to "clean up" the
OTCBB and make it into a real "emerging companies"
market. Meanwhile the MMs run amok and ruin the
market.
MAKE NO BONES ABOUT IT....
Definition of a Market Maker: Provide for the orderly
market of securities and match buyers and sellers... or
something to this effect.
OTCBB TRUTH: MMs DO NOT MATCH BUYERS AND
SELLERS. THE MMS ON THE OTCBB ARE THERE FOR
ONE THING: MAXIMIZE PROFITS BY TAKING YOUR
AND MY MONEY. MMS ARE THERE TO FLEECE
INVESTORS AND TRADERS ON THE OTCBB. The SEC
is cracking down on companies to provide information to
investors. Until there is some enforcement of rules and
regulations on MMs on the OTCBB, many stocks here will
be bidding 0 before too long... if the stock goes to 0,
why cover the short. In the meantime, many new
companies that depend on stock offerings to get
themselves up and running in the world are going to find
little in the way of financial aid by doing stock offerings
on the OTCBB.

6. I think (MY OPINION) that a LOT of money is coming
out of the OTCBB... for whatever reason... A few weeks
ago, when all the margin calls were piling up cause big
internets were tanking, people sold stock to cover the
calls. They will, 9 out of 10 times sell their OTCBB
holdings followed by NASDAQ small caps etc.... I have
been told and have learned that there are a LOT of
people out there who think the world as we know it will
end Jan 1 2000. People are taking money out of the
markets and going to cash, gold or whatever. In my
opinion, if it is going to be that bad, cash will be
worthless too. The bottom line is that MMs/shorts know
money is going out so they are shorting everything that
has any volume on it.

MY OPINION: If something doesn't start happening
positively, many small and medium sized businesses will
tank along with their stocks. If this happens there will
be a real problem... maybe this is what needs to happen
to fix it.>>>
