Fair enough...no more 'legal-ese' (but just for your info - libel is the crime of publishing defamation) My primary interest is to gain more insight into our investment VARL. Remember how this whole issue was brought up by Robert in the first place…I have a very real interest in what "LBstocks" has heard...I want him/her to feel entirely free to tell us whatever it is that is being said about our investment…whether it is substantiated or simply "rumor". That is the only point I feel most resolute on. Onwards then, Eric
