NSTG some DD... I will have more later... O/S: 15M float: 5M Business: Norstar Group is essentially the parent company or holding company for other businesses. Currently Veearecity.com is the main business... it can be accessed at veearecity.com The idea behind this part of the business is to become an online, family oriented community. The other part of veearecity.com is the company's development of a HUD (a thing you wear on your head) for virtual reality. They are currently developing virtual reality games that will be featured through membership with veearecity.com... A prototype for the HUD is completed and the company obtained financing last week to go forward with production of the HUD units. With membership, one will be able to obtain a HUD for use with the online games, chat rooms etc... Other than news, sports, communities, chat rooms and message boards, veearecity will feature the virtual reality thing which will set it apart from many of the other online communities. The biggest part of the plan is though: Norstar (NSTG) shareholders will benefit because Veearecity.com (the name will be changed first) will be spun off as a publicly traded company on either the BB or NASDAQ SC. A dividend of shares of Veearecity.com will be paid to each shareholder of NSTG. There is no definite timeframe for this but it could happen as early as the summer of 2000. In the meantime, with NSTG being fully reporting and expected to be profitable in the first quarter of 2000, the further expected increase in revenues/earnings mainly through veearecity.com NSTG expects to be able to apply for NASDAQ within the next year... The stock price needs to see a substantial gain which I think it will over the next year. Revenues need to come up and I think they will. I will continue to post on developments with NSTG/Veearecity.com... addtionally, there is more to the DD which I am still working on. There is lots of information in their filing with the SEC on Dec 7... it can be seen here:sec.gov Not a rec to buy... do your own DD. Tom
