I belive that that arrangement has not been worked out as of yet.I think QUALCOMM is giving them that option but need to discuss the financial arrangement .

I don't think that has been announced yet. Maybe after close of the deal in February, BWDIK. Its interesting to me that the KYO North America homepage sports a picture of the thinphone.

QUALCOMM name branding discussed in the c.c. that Kyocera will have the rights to use the QUALCOMM name on existing phones (inventory)and will be in discussions about future phones.This is no doubt vital to Kyocera to use the QUALCOMM name in the USA where QUALCOMM now enjoys strong brand reconition and Kyocera is an unknown consumer name.
