Don't forget about potential Y2K problems there though. I know it's like beating a dead cat, but the whole Asian infrastructure is many times more vulnerable to Y2K problems than the U.S.

No, I didn't "forget" about the 130 price target. I am just being realistic, using the information available to us little investors. Do you think that every stock hits every target? Can you explain to me using fundamentals why KOREA should have double the market cap of IIJI or CHINA?
