My charts show KTC hitting 70 for the first time this morning (in a gap). What are you talking about? And again...I challenge you to justify the 130 price target. It would be notable to notice that the week that Lehman issued the target, IIJI and CHINA were both trading at almost exactly 130. Hmmm... I will PM about this if you would like to discuss it further.

KOREA- I am still long KOREA just have to put the Mkt Cap in perspective relative to other Forign ISP's/Broadband players. I am still confident that KOREA will be a nice intermeadiate hold. Nothing goes straight up even if LEHM and CIBC say so..and LEHM sure is not supporting it so...looks like they are still mode to accumulate at lower prices...just my perspective. LONG KOREA
