JDN--- if you really want an IBM buy one, they are cheaper than an IBM with the DELL name on it. You really should check out Micron. Service is as good or better than DELL and a great box. My 4 previous boxes were DELL and the last 2 are Micron. Very happy with those..

Dear JDN: When one calls for service at CPQ one gets connected to that division that deals with the type of PC one bought. My CPQ computer is not one of the consumer ones but in the "enterprise" zone. I honestly can not even imagine getting better service than I do right now. Really, impossible for DELL, IBM--anyone--to one up the service (and tech support) I have received from CPQ.
