X-Stream playing the Internet ISP game I would rate them 8 on a 10 point scale. In the other 1/2 of a successful Internet play (reporting Financials and keeping shareholders informed, PR in general) I'd rate X-Stream at 1 on a 10 point scale.!! that's why they are US$2.00/sh and not US$20.00/sh. They need to be shook up.!!
