I'll bet you look like crap in red lingerie. Not a pretty picture!

Let the masses balance their tax liabilities. Then in the first weeks of January we have folks selling to pay their tax bills. Hopefully, new money will balance the outflow.

Me, I am working on this gawd awful spreadsheet trying to make a retirement decision using "substantially equal payments" for early withdrawal from my IRA. 3 options (Miminimum Distribution, Amortization, Annuity), none of which I like very much.

So I am real grouchy today.

But, thank goodness for JDSU. It has been holding up my portfolio for a few days now. It is getting tired and wants Q to get back to work pretty soon.

<<A great day for curmudgeonry, DS.
Investors and speculators all have today and tomorrow to balance their tax liabilities for the year. Selling losers to offset realized gains will be the game for the next 48 hours. Then back to business. I hate the color red >>

ah, one of the world's great short-term contrarian indicators strikes again...
