I have a small trading position in PSFW right now - are you saying it's better to hold DZTK and then have PSFW spun off to us later?

DZTK spin off of PFSW...your idea has merit, unless DZTK decides to issue more shares via a secondary or otherwise dilutes a current DZTK's shareholder by issuing more shares, converting debt (if they have any) etc. Do they have warrants outstanding? Employee and director stock options? All these things could dilute the number of shares to existing DXTK shareholders...
