Excellent find. Can we be sure that the spin-off ration will be the same as Daisytek's ownerhip interest. Do you there's any possibility it could be lower, such as if PFSW were to decide to sell some of it's shares to the public to generate cash in addition to the spin-off, which would reduce the number of shares available for distribution. I'm a PFSW shareholder and am considering converting my shares into Daiseytek based on your analysis. I'm just trying to figure out if anything could go wrong. Again, excellent work.
