BTW I'm going wheat free for 2 weeks.
My massage therapist thinks I might be allergic.
Today's day 3 and my muscles do feel much looser.
She said something about histamines in all grains,
but especially in wheat, that can effect muscles.
I thought she was nuts but she was so right about
cutting down on dairy so I figured I give this a
chance. I've been eating breads made from millet
flower and brown rice flower. The breads are good
but real heavy. 2 pieces is too much so I've been
eating open sandwiches. Pumpernickle(sp?) and rye
are all right but I haven't found any without
preservatives yet. Wheat glutten was my main source
of protein but now I'll have to rely beans and
bean products.
