Kevin, go to sec.gov then click on the enforcement division. . . there are several ways to contact them. . . they have a complaint form, as well as an email address. You won't generally hear back from them. . .and there is no guarantee that they will look into your complaint. . . but that is how it is done. There is much to learn on the SEC website. On the bigger boards. . you can contact "Stockwatch". . . which watches trading for irregularities. Rande Is
