Sak and the accountant who did the filing said it is around 4-4.5 million.

Well, at 4-4.5 million in the float, it is a relatively safe bet. And, the price appears to have just a little downward risk. I think I may grab a few thousand shares and just forget about it.

With the business they are doing, they stand a good chance to return to the $4 range or higher. Seems relatively safe.
