Good question, Susie. Don't know. I just found a good company with promising technology and bought their shares. If they go Nasdaq, that would be icing on the cake.

Does anyone on this thread care to answer Susie's question?

I doubt that YARC can achieve NASDAQ status by simply purchasing controlling interest in a NASDAQ listed company. YARC still would have to be fully reporting, have sufficient market capitalization, and trade at something like $4/share before it can be listed on NASDAQ. Shouldn't be too tough for them to do.

There may be some other criteria, but those are the biggies.
