I believe Intel was wooing S3 also.

At $10+ per share, don't you think if intc wanted S3 they could have bought them easily? I am not sure why Via is buying...graphic chips is so competitive.....only NVDA in that group is doing well.

As for the errant analyst with the sell call on AMD, Zack's also continues to show his rating in AMD's recommend section. Its really curious....you would have thought if its a mistake, it would have been corrected by now.
