That is one way to put it. Q did not have the critical mass and worldwide operation infrastructure to compete in the handset manu business, where prices continue to be under pressure. In this type of scenario, the low cost producers are the most successful.

Again, it is just a matter of Corporate Strategy, they do not want to be in the handset business where there is lower margins...
