I really should be careful what I say since I own a real POS of a stock at the moment ... it's UBS but I only hold a small position and it was an experiment in trading crap. I've made money on it already and this is my second time back in the stock. I was trying to prove to myself that any kind of crapola can fly if you know how to write a press release.

Here's what they put out in an NR recently about their earnings. This company has a market cap of over $220M and the President here is trying to sugar coat the profit of only $34,182 they recently reported for a 6 month period. BS is still BS no matter how you word it. Now tell me how the hell any company can justify this?

Alex Dolgonos, president and chief executive officer, said: "As a result, for the six months ended Nov. 30, 1999, the company achieved a profit of $34,182. While this was lower than the $504,896 earned in the first half of last year, the significantly improved sales and earnings in the second quarter of fiscal 2000 are more indicative of the continuing improvements in the company's operations than the loss tha occurred during the first three months of the year."

This company didn't even make enough profit to pay for a fraction of this man's salary not to mention all the other employees.

Now if I was the President of this company and I'm being measured by my performance, I would sell as much stock at this overinflated price as I could before the Internet mania was over and they fired my *ss for non-performance.

I would say that in the next little while the insiders will be making much more money selling their stock than they can hope of making by selling the company's products. Alot of people will be left holding a dog IMO if they consider this as anything more than a short term trade.

When these executives come on shows like ROBTV bragging about how bright the company's future looks I'd like to be the one to ask them some tough questions. Somehow I don't think anybody wants to see that. I might require restraints.
