I have a close friend here in Vienna who works for Siemens who knows a lot about CREE and Siemens' relationship with the said subject. Not that he will provide any 'inside' information, but at least he's "in the business" and can shed some light to help me with the sleeve rolling up process. hi bruce, nice word selection. i look forward to seeing that light with you. is it LED light? :o) it would be particularly intersting to me to find out about any SiC production efforts siemens may or may not have going and whether it is under license from cree. also, i believe osram is a siemens subsidiary...would be interesting to know about other SiC lighting efforts by osram. ein Prosit der Gemuetlichkeit, unclewest
