This situation is not a good look for the company and the EDIS longs, we should all consider an E mail to Ken/Larry asking that the matter be rapidly resolved. I for one have sent a message to those gents asking that they resolve the matter quickly in recognition of their loyal long shareholders, if nothing else. It is now mandatory (in matters of this type)in this country that you go to mediation before litigation and maybe that is what is needed here. No one needs to know who was right/wrong/or mis-understood, it would be better for all if the matter went away!!

come now big boy... I am not asking you to gamble...I am asking you to donate $500.00 to a charity if you are wrong. Tell you what...if you are wrong...your attorney can forward both our checks to the Melissa Tarailo Batten Disease Fund: cybergate.com as for your opinions...your entitled to them...but I would like you to substantiate your statement as to why I should serve time...but I know you wont...cuz your not that dumb.
