OT TD has been terrible as of late. B of M service has been great. The orders are submitted pretty quickly once they are entered online. I think TD Waterhouse has one major problem. In Canada, they have to verify that the purchases are matched up to the investment objectives of the client. TD has gotten very careful about this recently and as a result their speed has really suffered. That is why it is even hard to get in by phone. I bet it will be a short term problem. I still think these two are the best in Canada.
