I believe it has been discussed here previously, iNtEL using "creative" book keeping to make their quarter will be quickly noticed. Selling off assets or investments have their own categories on the 10q.

iNtEL missing their third quarter will increase their "potential" for the new year giving investors an opportunity to average down.
