Should not be a surprise...LUMME is in the process of being delisted. The "E" means that unless they get their act together real soon, goodbye OTCBB and hello Pink Sheets.

CC, I have been in touch with the company and the SEC realizes the predicament that the SEC backlog has put LUMM in relative LUMM's application to get on NASDAQ NMS. Rest assured that LUMM will be on NASDAQ NMS very shortly and the 'E' issue associated solely with the OTC:BB will be no more.
