Yes, in the lower (anterior) area called the nares - basically the inside of your nostrils - as opposed to the sinus area of the turbinates (deep inside). I have asked Gel Tech to put a map on there graphically and I hope they will some day.

Their explanation of how to apply it (that is on the zicam.com web site) is pretty good, though.
