Chambers is smart not because he thought cerent is worth 7 billion, just that he may be getting it real cheap with his bloated stock. What can his stock buy after a Big Kahuna ? Its just like Yahoo buying Geocities. None of these purchases should be evaluated in "real" dollars. Cramer is the most arrogant and loud idiot on the planet !
