Brian, please read my remarks to flagiello. imo, you have no right to challenge someone's "compassion" because they don't want to hear people's plugs for their favorite charities on an investment board. what likely seemed to you a light hearted "joke" about someone's lack of compassion is not really much above the eat s*** level of flagiello, imo. It degrades the quality of the board and leaves it a little dirtier for the rest of us. Please do not forget that soliciting for a charity is not quite the same as giving your own money? It hardly qualifies as "compassion" in my book. Please think again. I personally would prefer to see a little real charity, ie respect for others from the soi dissant "charitable" here; and yes, a little less sanctimony. Please?
