Ed: I assume that you either have a complete history of the "Battle" between CCO and the State. I suggest (we all have nothing to loose except $1.12) that you email this history to every newspaper/politian/media outlet in the country. Most people arent familar with the CCO case and many would be disturbed in that the State isnt living up to their end of the bargain. (CCO has valid leases). I think that its time to stop tip-toeing around and kick it up a notch. The way that the State is handcuffing CCO seems to violate the Constitution. Wouldnt our founding fathers be pissed off??
