hi jeff... i guess you must be home for the holidays... im sure its great to be with your family... will you be going back soon?

cs... i agree looking at the chart that cs might fall further, but i think 20 is too low... dont forget the last earnings report was excellent... anyway, if we do continue this little downturn... i think 23 will be the bottom this time... at least i sure hope so... and i am not counting on it getting there.... the fact that we held 25 today is good i think... and of course im not a chart person...

even if there is no buyout this is still a $40++ stock imo... think about three quarters of improving earnings and the spectrum/aprisma spinoff coming in the next 6 months...

take care jeff, always nice to hear from you...

kathy :)

CS pullback to 24 or lower: no argument from me.

It might even be profitable to wait and buy on new upside strength. Don't be sorry; good luck to you.

The caveat, of course, is that when things happen they tend to happen quickly.

I personally don't think there's enough downside from here to risk a possible gap up on any news. Who knows?

My $0.015 (giving you an after-Christmas 25% discount on my two cents worth!)--MK--

Well at least your wise enough to not to short. You may see some dips in the morning but I doubt is will go as low as you are thinking. Seems to me you thought it would go that low the week after earning and a day or two later CS hit a new annual high. My thinking is that institutions are onto CS an will take advantage of any pull-backs to load up. This is a turnaround play that is solid with or without a buyout. Some corrections will happen and who knows what Y2K might bring but if the whole sector holds up I expect CS to do well. Funny thing is that when I first looked at CS as a buyout 4 months ago we were looking at $25 a share as a "premium".
