RS, I believe those earnings estimates will be increased. Strong sequential quarterly growth trend with the overall market being strong should lead to another earnings surprise and subsequent raising of earnings estimates. The $100 million order for the high-throughput 200/"300" mm High NA 193 nm lithography tools makes the aforementioned very probable. Expect more good news on orders for high end lithography, photoresist and thermal tools.
