Hello Bill, I think it's bad all around. The slide show presented indicated that many companies wanted this concession. I bet they felt that this type of deal would kill the economics of the project. But if a new deal is cut, then the deposit would be smaller, anyway it can't be good. This is an excellent prospect. PFG website is one of the best I've seen. I have no problem with the property. Then again Catherine and Tom probably has some one lined up for the cash. It seems you and I both agree the NSR is too much. Cheers Bill.
