Consumer electronics should increase the RDRAM memory demand with SP2, set-top boxes,
& HDTV in 2000.

Snip from article:

Still, RDRAM has made inroads into consumer electronics. Sony's PlayStation2 game console uses dual-channel RDRAM that can run at 1.6 GHz. Next year digital televisions, records, and set-top boxes will incorporate the chips for faster MPEG-2 decoding.

I went in to see my trusted Morgan Stanley broker today and he gave me a strong recommendation to buy RMBS today. I did'nt have the heart to tell him I already own 3000+ shares through my schwab account so I did what anyone else long RMBS would do!! I bought another 1000 shares today at 10 am at 68 3/16. I'm really in this thing now I hope we are right or it will be a little colder in CA next year!

Hope all is well on the thread,

Irish
