I expect you are right about the significance. Still its a bit bothersome that they all show up at once with their sell registrations. Almost like they had a meeting about it! I guess if I worked at Xicor and had shares that were practically worthless for so long and now they finally are worth something I might cash some in at this point also. At least now it can be said "Hey poeple who work here at Xicor sometimes get stock options that turn out to be worth something."
