Exactly Bill, after they drill off the property and do a scoping study, combined with a 25 million US payment, IRR might be too low for someone to take out PFG.

Not a good deal.

Bill as you said, most NSR's have caps or a buyout. This one doesn't. It's on every ounce that is produced. This will make or break the company. I just read the slide show, not once the deal was mentioned.
