carepedeum2000: PHCM lockup expired on 12/7; I would think this is no longer in play. Can't comment knowledgeably regarding effect of MSFT competition. Still, PHCM has large first-mover advantage; MSFT is not (at present) a factor in wireless.

Also. . rumor on Yahoo [for whatever that is worth] from last week about CMGI being interested in SFO.

This could explain the strength we have seen for the past week or so.
