Snasraway: One of the problems of the "thread" nature of SI, is that usually a post is in reply to another one. And that can cause misunderstanding. And by using your name for the reply I made matters worse. I was in no way attempting to take issue with you and very much appreciate your point that days like yesterday are highly stimulating and therefore can make it difficult to wind down and sleep. All I was attempting to do in my awkward way was to suggest that being comfortable with specific stocks comes from choosing carefully up front - in the first place. Then with understanding comes faith in their ability to ride through turbulence. And turbulence always comes. I was thinking of not sleeping at night due to worry, not exuberance. Best. Cha2
