I can see him sitting behind his desk with all his advisors hovering around him at midnight. Gore: Alright folks, why don't you give me the run down of problems this "bug" is causing?" Advisor:"Er, Ahh, Um, I'm sorry sir but we have nothing to report as of yet." Gore: "What? Huh? Are you sure?" Advisor: "Yes sir, um, we're sure."
