The 'E' is a non-issue.

Good luck in the teaching profession. You need it.

jjs64 --- You are 100% right with your post 1320

Bonjour, LUMME -- you just give the real meaning of the letter "E" imposed by the SEC
Sorry if you don't know me -- I've been lurking here for months and invested in LUMME.

I just had to live the samething with ICAO. ICOA had to comply and file their financial sometime in november. They haven't done it.
What happened? They delisted and went to PinkSheet 30 days later.
What should happened then? The company has to go through the whole process of relisting -- submit all financials just like it were a new company requesting a listing. They also have to find an MM ready to commit to the company in order to start trading again.

To my knowledge, most companies that got an "E" by the SEC did not make it on time and went to PinkSheet.
Will it happened with LUMM or LUMME now. I don't know. Yet I don't like the smell of this "E"
