Jay, I am sure that many can speak to this issue better than I. Given the new paradyme in trading my thoughts go to the supply / demand ratio. Today we saw a huge run-up in the share price ~$48 and then with a very quick move it came back down to ~mid thirty's. The market makers are supposed to ensure an efficient market however with day trading and such going on one can only surmise that the MM have a over zealous interest in controling the market. This is even more true when dealing with fast moving stocks such as QCOM, JDSU, SDLI and ETEK. Regards Glenn
