Informission Signs a Long-Term Contract With Donohue Inc.

December 21, 1999

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc., a subsidiary of the
Quebecor Inc. group, today announced a long-term agreement as a
preferred supplier of e-commerce, Web solutions and systems
integration with Donohue Inc., also a subsidiary of Quebecor Inc.
and one of the world's major producers of newsprint, market pulp
and lumber.

assist our organization in the pursuit of its business
objectives," observed Yvan Gingras, Vice-President, Administration
and Business Development at Donohue.

Donohue Inc.

Donohue Inc. is a major Canadian integrated forest products
company engaged in forest management to ensure its fiber supply,
and in the manufacture and sale of newsprint, specialty papers,
market pulp and wood products. Its mills are located in Quebec,
