My understanding is that DZTK option holders will be entitled to the PFSW shares. I base this on the following line of text from Joel Greenblatt:

"...Usually, if a spinoff takes place before an option expires, upon exercise the option holder is entitled to receive shares in both the parent company and the spinoff as if he had owned stock on the spinoff date..."
