JDN & All,

Take it for what it's worth:

A friend who invests in many of the same stocks as myself called last night to touch base during the holiday season.

After we discussed some of our winners (JDSU, EMC), the discussion turned to our only loser. When I told him I was going to sell some shares for tax reasons, he said, "don't sell too many, I was just talking to my neighbor who works for them and says that an announcement is coming Jan. 6 which will put all this nonsense to rest."

I want to thank everyone for answering
as I feel better now. I bought at 44
(pre split) and after listening to all
the negativity on cable T.V. from the
so called experts, I was going to sell
before years end. Now I may decide to
hold my position.
