I don't understand your question. You mention the US ADR price and exchange rate. What does that have to do with it? I just said that the CBIC report put the current fair value at .60, and at that time it was selling for .96 (.90 at this writing). Surely the potential of this stock is worth a 50% premium. In my opinion, just the already announced earnings that are coming on line in 2000 make it worth more than .96......which would be $4.30 at the exchange rate you quoted. So, if you think there's a good chance for a 4-stroke deal, the stock is undervalued now, according to my theory.
