Reminder. . . . PLCOP converts to 6 PLCO tomorrow. PLCO looking stronger today. . . it must be propped up for PLCOP to get a real premium. Now PlayCo has successfully spun off their Toys International website in Germany, which was trading for about $11 bucks US conversion, as I am told. . .they revamped their older U.S. website. . . but have still not released their main U.S. website. I doubt that many will actually go through with the conversion. Most of the investors I have seen on boards are longer term than that. Company has been around for something like 15 years. . .and makes money. . .expands its business and in some markets in California is preferred over Toys R Us. . . kids have a play room in the store and can reach all the toys on the shelves. Now if EVERYONE were to convert simultaneously, it would flood the market with common stock. . .but again. . .I think most will hold as the company is gaining momentum very very slowly. Some fairly large size trading of both commons and preferred have been coming in over the past week. . . .I would suspect we would see more of the same today. Also, the warrants convert to preferred, making them quite valuable, based on the conversion factor. If you have been to the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, you have seen PlayCo's Toys International. Also in the Mall of America, the Block of Orange and about 30 other locations. I cannot predict how this will play out. . . but it is certainly an episode worth watching. PLCOP are still selling at a dramatic discount to the commons. . .If players don't step up today or tomorrow to bridge that gap, I guess the Market Makers will. Very strange saga. Rande Is
