Tony, RE: Unless IT managers being able to save 50% to 80% (WAG) of their money by switching away from Sun becomes an overwhelming factor. Gee, who wouldn't want to save money like that. I think you misunderstood me. I was concentrating on the Windows side of the equation. As you correctly note, you can save a lot of money by leaving Sun's neighborhood; however, an IT manager that is thinking economy most likely would go towards Linux and not Win2000, don't you think?
