Interesting (EAII)....on the surface its cheap for a software company. Going for around 1 buck for each $ of revenue....another plus is 20mil in cash with no debit and appears to have positive cash flow.....admittedly I haven't dug deep here and with this outfits problems of the past year one should look below the surface.
A principal question with this one is the outlook for their future revenue stream......any feel here? Are they positioned to grow license revenue as compared to services?
Looks like someone has attracted a crowd to this one......trader tracks so to speak, making it a likly canidate to revisit when the dust settles......hate to buy when the crowd is looking to get out of a fast trade.
Did open a position in PDX......admitedly its a risky one as I've heard from a well respected pro (whose short) that he's waiting for another shoe to drop......that in itself makes it worth keeping on the screen. If its a wimper, rather than a bang, who knows.
