CLRS had a little sell off today due to the secondary. I don't think the secondary is bad in that it is not heavily dilutive, and the vast majority goes to the company (small insider selling amount).

It's hard to pick the winners in the exchange business. CMRC and ARBA are the big ones. Second tier are PPRO. Clarus seems to be gaining visibility on WallStreet.

I am still confused about their revenue streams since they continue to emphasize their exchange model won't have transaction fees. I know they can generate revenues from sell, maintenance and inst. of software. Where else will they generate revenue - asp partnerships seem logical, what else?
