jjs64, I agree with you that the situation needs immedate attention. Yet I wouldn't want to scare people. I think that a cautious attitude is needed nothing more. The worst that could happened is for LUMM to on Pink and that taked about 60 days to get back on OTC-BB and by that time -- I hope that their request to go on Nasdaq will have been granted. On the other hand, the thing I don't know, is what happened in a case like LUMM where the filing has been done for NAS and, at the same time, they are in a process of filing to OTC-BB. In that case, do they have to do both or just wait for the NAS approval? This is a delicate situation. And I would guess that they will have to conform to both demands OTC-BB and NAS Faro
