Thats fine, I'm just glad to see this shakeout. e-commerce stores and distribution are about as hard as the ERP implementations in the mid-90s and everyone knows how hard those were. But somehow that knowledge seems to have missed some of these new guys like the toysrus.com and walmart management. I want these guys to grow up and stop thinking they can hire a consulting team from price waterhouse on a lowball bid and poof! they are online. If toysrus took Benchmark's advice and hired a bunch of top people and gave them a bunch of stock like Bezos did they wouldn't have the PR nightmare they do. I'm almost sure the existing toysrus management resented the cost estimates they got from benchmark and decided they could do things on the cheap - benchmark said no way and they were out. haha
