I called NASDQ 1-800 777-5606, Pcclf needs a Market trader to pick up the trading of PCCLF, but at this time, there is a data freeze on the NASDQ where they are not making changes to the NASDQ data base because of the Y2K issue. Jan 3 or later ,, Pcclf could be entered onto the NASDQ data base and start its trading.
