Look at ppd(puget power) a 9.4% yield. The ones with nuclear have been really destroyed. I am wondering what in hell Buffett is waiting for. I want to take a wag and say he thinks we are replaying the early 70's, and when the nifty 50 broke, the other stuff that was cheap, then got insanely cheap(read pe's down to 2 and 3), so he figures he'll sit it out for the meltdown. he seems determined to wait for big caps to take a huge hit. I don't understand why he doesn't just grab about 10 different billion dollar companies, instead of waiting for 1 big one. I should point out that he has been right to wait, because the small caps are getting worse and worse.
